Horrible Customer Service

I bought email piping and a host of other add-ons for this plugin. It was advertised that Agents and Clients can respond back to tickets using their email. The plugin was not doing it, so I submitted a ticket.
Me and the agent kept going back and forth with trying to solve this issue for almost a week. However, they maintained that the plugin works as advertised, but that the issue was with me. I kept telling them that it wasn’t working as advertised, but it seemed like my issue was falling on deaf ears. This was even after recording a video showing them step-by-step what the issue was.
Now, I’m out over $100 on a product that I can’t even get a refund for (by the way, according to their T&C, they don’t offer ANY refunds… so get it at your own risk).
I will have to try to figure this system out on my own for now on. If I have an issue, I will never seek their help again. Also, if this product has this bad of customer support, just imagine how they handle support for their other products.
