Horrible Customer Service

  • Don’t buy from Mageewp!
    They don’t help you when you face issues or glitches in their theme.
    After a lot of annoying moments I decided to quit using the Onetone theme, to prevent wasting more time, and went to Themify. MUCH better.
    I kindly asked customer support for a refund, because the theme is not working for me at all. This was 2 months ago, still no single answer to all my emails. Is this bad management or is it intentional?
