Horrible Customer service and garbage software

I have just spent almost 2 weeks waiting for a refund as these people offer you zero support when you paid for it.. I paid the highest subscription so I could get top priority and was unable to launch my site and they gave zero effort to help.. Biggest scam out of all the software and I recommend WordPress cut any ties with bad businesses like this.
I will be challenging the fees through my bank and will even sue if they want to fight.. It is only $100 but since they are so trash at support I will do whatever it takes to redeem my money and let future clients know the risk of working with these frauds.
