Horrible customer service – non-existent

  • I have had a huge problem with changing out the logo on my Black and White theme site. For over 2 weeks I have awaited a reply from the company after submitting through their website contact form. Nothing. Meanwhile, my client and I are both frustrated. This is not rocket science. They have a glitch in their theme that needs to be fixed but they don’t seem to care. Frustrating.

    Our contact form is for premium users. We answer of all premium customers. Maybe your problem is solved and we will be happy to consider your opinion.

    The issue is not in the theme.
    The GD Library not installed on the server.

    Here’s the SSH line command to install it:
    sudo apt-get install php7.0-gd
    Use this to stop Apache for it to make changes.
    sudo apachectl stop
    Start Apache now and everything is fixed.
    sudo apachectl start.
