Horrible customer support, useless reporting

  • Customer support is a joke!
    Emails to hotmail addresses never get sent, even though they appear to be delivered.
    When you raise a ticket to have them look into it, it takes them 7 months (!!!) to reply everything is ok when clearly, the mails are still not being received.
    Stay away from this and try Mailchimp instead, it’s also free and has solid customer support. At least you KNOW your mails are being sent.
