HORRIBLE EVERYTHING. DO NOT BUY

  • This outfit is among the worst of the worst. Their plugin is antiquated, full of bugs, and their support response to it all is to sell you something like an overpriced, buggier addon. Even after paying for one of their products, they will tell you that you have to buy a “lifetime” or “annual” service plan. When you ask for support they respond with an upsell to buy an addon. They should not even be allowed to use the name “wordpress”. Stay away from this company and their products. Very shady and unprofessional. One star is too many!

    We’re sorry to hear about your negative experience with our Appointment Booking plugin. We’d like to clarify that we always offer our customers the opportunity to test all the plugin’s functions and features by signing up for a 7-day trial. Alternatively, they can try out the Lite version of the plugin which has some functions disabled. However, this enables them to try the plugin on their websites. 

    After reviewing all your support tickets, we did not find any reports related to the plugin’s bugs or malfunctions. Instead, the issues raised were related to functions not currently available in the plugin by default. However, they can be accessed with the add-ons we have designed. In such cases, we recommend exploring the add-ons, which are also available as part of our membership package. This membership grants access to all our plugins and themes, allowing you to save money without having to purchase each add-on separately. As per our records, you have reached out to us six times since November 3rd, and we have promptly addressed all your inquiries.

    Anyway, we’d be happy to assist you further if you decide to give the plugin another try.
