Horrible Premium customer service

I am paying 50 EUR per month for 5000 subscribers. Every two or three weeks, my account is being suspended automatically because of rejected recipients, invalid e-mail addresses (which are not invalid at all) or some other bogus reason. When I complain, they check my account manually, apologise and unsuspend me. Its the same charade over and over again. Their “security measures” amount to customer harassment. Needless to say, they don’t refund you for the time your account was suspended. Very unprofessional.
