HORRIBLE SERVICE

  • DO NOT BUY if you are looking for ANY kind of customer service. I purchased 2 keys by mistake and only needed one. I have written this company for over 18 MONTHS and NOT ONE RESPONSE. I get that I double clicked and got 2 keys. Charged for both. So I asked, can you just give me the 2nd year instead. AGAIN…. NO REPLY.

    I had a technical issue with the drop down menu. I was told they had nothing to do with their own design and could not help. I was like, SERIOUSLY. I have the emails to back these FACTS UP.

    The customer service is horrible.
