Horrible support

  • Can’t get the lightbox widget to work at all. Support has been completely non-responsive. I’ve opened a ticket via the developer’s own website, and via Envato and via WordPress. No response, and that’s why I’m rating it 1 star.

    I have checked your support ticket and I can see it has been replied a day later. Since it was weekend here, immediate response was not possible and I am sorry for that. If you have purchased the premium version then best way to get support is from live chat (from https://wpdeveloper.net) where we provide faster support.

    And lightbox is not available on free version and support is not guaranteed for free version. So your rating might mislead the free plugin users. I’d request you to review your rating and if you already have pro version, get in touch through live chat for faster support.
