Horrible Support

Please be extremely careful dealing with the support team. They always make you buy add-ons with these plugins even though you don’t need them. MiniOrange’s Support team is based of out India, which is nothing wrong, but their support is horrible and they never pickup their calls. I have purchased this plugin from them and they want one business day just to generate a license key. They took almost 3 days to validate JWT token with public certificate manually. One of their support engineers don’t know how to input the information into jwt.io for validation. You can imagine the kind of quality people working from their end.

They want to sell extra support hours with this plugin even though it comes with Goto Meeting support as per their website.
