Horrible Support

Was having an issue with Pro not sending emails. at all. contacted support for it to take from 24-48 hours to hear back from them not even answering my questions. Then they send a link to an existing issue with a temporary fix that has NOTHING to do with my support request. as soon as I requested a refund for the 2 months it hasn’t worked once, none of my emails are going through to them. I wonder if this is a coincidence… Maybe I’ll get a response here.
