Horrible support and themes that don't work compred to free themes

I have to say that this is one of the worst experience I have ever had with a theme purchase and support.

The theme itself while it does have a lot of neat features are lacking in other features that matter. Such as Nav Menu creation. A free theme makes it easy to create non-linking nav menus. Which you can easily attached child pages to. (it shows up in the parent drop down menu).

On iFeature Pro, that doesn’t exist and only one way to do it. The long and painful way. Drag and drop.

Posting in their forums and asking questions results in smug responses and you just get a big headache in dealing with this developer.

They suggested I request a refund and stick with the theme I am using cause apparently “it doesn’t exist” as what I am requesting is impossible to do. LOL

Waiting for my refund.
