Host Build Interrupt on localhost

I am at my wit’s end. I have now been trying for an hour to build a package. No matter what my settings are – database only, file only, both – I get “Host Build Interrupt” with no further indication of what has gone wrong. I have already tried deleting the max execution time, extending it to 30000, and putting it at 0. I have also tried the duparchive with the combination of those settings as well.

Please help. I need this website up like..yesterday.
