Host disabled this plugin due to huge resource usage

  • This plugin was my go-to free calendar plugin for years, but recently it’s been causing huge issues. On one site the hosting company went in and disabled the plugin as it suddenly started using up tons of resources and bringing down the entire shared server. No response from plugin developers to support request. I’m now replacing this plugin with The Events Calendar or Modern Events Calendar.

  • I’ve been wanting to switch for some time but the job of exporting from time.ly and importing to The Events Calendar seems just huge. Did you find a solution?

    The Events Calendar has a plugin called the Event Aggregator which you need to buy. I asked the sales rep if I could use it once and then return it for a refund and he said Yes!
