Webhost A2 sent out an email on Oct. 17 stating they detected an “outdated application” at “Jetpack 10.2 at /home/mywebsite/public_html/”. In the Dashboard, the plugin is up-to-date.
    Is this a false report, or… ?
    Thanks.

  • Hi @mikemp

The Jetpack version 10.2 is currently the latest stable release, as you can confirm here.

The folder you’re mentioning may contain an outdated Jetpack installation? The Jetpack folder should be named Jetpack when you browse the files; that’s why I am raising this fact.

You may want to take a closer look at your site’s files and even reaching out to Webhost A2 for more clarification if something is still off with that.

Thanks. I looked at the folders/files but didn’t see anything that looked wrong. I’ve submitted a ticket to the host.
