    Hi,

ON the page I have linked to – sometimes the hosted payments fields have invisible input, so when you type, the field events fire, like the visa icon coming in and the border going green but the input text cannot be seen.

When you resolve this problem with ctrl+f5 you are met with another one. If you enter values into the payment fields (card number, expiry date etc) and then update the checkout form fields like postcode, the update_order_review functionality clears the payment fields.

Is there a solution to either of the above?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hello,
I cannot access the website because there’s an htaccess login.

Are you able to temporarily disable that login? If you prefer not to, you can submit a support ticket at https://woocommerce.com and provide login credentials via quickforget.com.

    Thanks!

    Hi @nicolamustone,

You can actually see the issue on the main site: https://www.rootedwoman.com/checkout

    Steps for replication:
    1. Visit https://www.rootedwoman.com
    2. Add at least 1 item to your cart
    3. Go to cart
    4. Go to check out
    5. Fill in contact information (at least name and address)
    6. Click in the credit card number field
    7. Start to enter numbers – notice there are no numbers.

Any assistance toward resolving this would be great!

    Thanks ??
