    Hi Cory,

    I didn’t find an answer for my problem, although I think it might be a common one. It would be nice if you could direct me to the solution.
    Normally Duplicator works fine and we are quite satisfied. Only this time we rented some cheap webspace for testing purposes and get no matter what site we try to install the same error:
    Notice: Undefined index: user_status in /is/htdocs/wp17183601_0OF1KVPBUV/www/kunden/www.sprachenschule-kreuzviertel.de/installer.php on line 823

    So we think it has to do with the webspace. Is there a workaround?

    That actually looks like it might be related to PHP versions. Because its just a ‘Notice’ messages vs a ‘Warning’ or ‘Error’ it should allow for the page to still render. Have you tried to turn off PHP notice messages? I’ll add this item to the todo list to make sure it goes away for future Duplicator versions.

    Hi Cory, thankyou for your answer ?? So I deactivated the error messages and everything is okay now. The problems I had before with one website was because of another reason.
    Everything’s fine ??

    Duplicator is a brilliant tool. nice to have would be a scheduled backup routine and a possibility to mirror/backup to another server like in updraftplus. I would pay as well if a pro-version would contain these features ??

    Same prob, same conditions. Host Europe runs php 5.3.28 …

    Having LOADS of that line 823 notices. But site seems ok.
