• I bought my domain name on GoDaddy and use Hostgator to host my site. My husband has always used Rackspace for our email hosting. Between our family of four we have several GoDaddy domain names and email addresses hosted by Rackspace. We use Outlook to access our email.

With the creation of my new www.ads-software.com website, blissfulmiss.com, I am having it hosted by HostGator. I want to create a new email address associated with the domain name and my husband was wondering if it would be best to go ahead and use HostGator for the email hosting.

This is all pretty new to me and I wanted to get other opinions on the matter. Before I used HostGator for hosting I did a search and found several people suggesting GoDaddy to purchase domain names and HostGator for hosting. So I felt good about that decision. Before I mess with my email I’d like to get input as I have no idea if there is something better about doing it one way versus another.

    Thanks so much!

Never mind. I went with Hostgator, which I subsequently was told I “had” to do since they host my site.

That’s good, because I was about to reply like so:
