hostgator WordPress via cP Quickinstall

I get no access to the WP admin area, just “Not Found. The requested URL /wp-admin was not found on this server. Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request” attempting to log in via Admin Area:?https://winrarhowto.com/wp-admin
It’s a (first time) new install on HostGator using cP, Quickinstall (as no Softalicious icon in Software services)

DNS is OK, as I can see the usual Namecheap “Your web space is ready to go!” when I go to https://winrarhowto.com
Plus I can see the \public_html\wp-admin folder etc on my PC using my \\gator2003.hostgator.com@SSL@2078 link

In the meantime I will install the theme from there to see if that helps
