• I am working on installing a Themeforest theme called B.I.G on WordPress.

    https://themeforest.net/item/big-wordpress-theme-for-any-business-idea/14921362

When I purchased the theme, I was using a shared hosting business plan on HostGator. The required values of the theme could not be met due to my hosting plan. Support tried to adjust the php.ini settings. (I did too).

    REQUIRED VALUES

    max_execution_time Currently: 60 min: 3600
    max_input_time Currently: 120 min: 3600

But after I adjusted the max input vars, the execution time and input time went back down. Hostgator told me only a VPS plan would support this.

I have switched to a hosting plan with GoDaddy and chose the Ultimate shared plan. I am still waiting for the propagation process to complete. GoDaddy support warned me that the Ultimate plan might not be enough to support my theme, but I decided to try it out before upgrading to Maximum.

I was able to access the WordPress dashboard last night and began the installment, but only a few sections of the theme imported and when I checked this morning, three of the sections were still loading. I refreshed the page and now I can’t access the dashboard at all.

    Any help is appreciated!

    Thank you.

P.S – Can someone explain what this means?

Directions are to import/export from “demo-content” folder in my main file.

***UPDATE: I am now seeing Error 500 message. I can’t access my WP Dashboard.
