Hosting Categories Not Showing

Hi

I’ve installed my WHMCS in to a sub directory of WordPress call /console.
E.g to see the WHMCS home page I go to https://example.com/console/

For the WHMCS Bridge install, a WHMCS front end page has been created on my WordPress site.
This page is the main interaction page between WordPress and WHMCS. The full url is: https://w3bspace.uk/control-panel/

If I go to the WHMCS directory and click ‘Order Hosting’ (https://w3bspace.uk/console/cart.php) I can see hosting categories for my hosting packages and addons etc.

But if I go to the same WHMCS Bridge interaction page for ordering hosting (https://example.com/control-panel/cart.php) I don’t get a choice of hosting categories. Do you know why?
