Hosting company won’t help with malware

  • I have a few sites on the same server with godaddy and the sites have been infected with malware, after 4 hours on the phone 6 hours messaging and a 3 day wait I was told to buy a premium support, I did and now they have sent me a screenshot saying they can’t help
