Hosting expired and lost website, how to get Updraft backups

    A website hosting has expired and all data has been cleared by hosting. Is there a way I can get the Updraft backups?

    Hello,

    I am sorry to hear about that, only if you saved them to a remote storage location (Google Drive, Dropbox etc) or had manually downloaded them to your computer.

    Have you spoken directly to the hosting company to confirm that they have definitely deleted everything?

    Hi @pbevanudp, thank you for your help and reply. I have already checked with the hosting customer service and unfortunately there is no way to retrieve anything as they cleared it within two weeks :'(

    Though I have done backups on Updraftplus through wordpress. Is there a way to retrieve some data through both?

    unfortunately not, unless you have downloaded them or have them saved somewhere on a remote storage location.
