Hosting Flex/SWF applications on WordPress

Newbie question here – I want to create a blog that will contain embedded demo applications (written in Adobe Flex – these are swf files/apps).

Can this be done with WordPress – I don’t want to use a separate hosting service for these demos as they are mostly small code snippets with links to small applications that display programming tips and techniques.

In case this question should be posted somewhere else please let me know.
