Hosting GVO

  • OK ,im am new at the internet world and I have just hit a wall (or a brain fart ) .I set up an account with GVO hosting when I was trying this dotcomsecretsX product and thats when they set up my website,

    Through GVO I had an option to buy and registar my own domain( which I did)

    When I recieved the email with all my info on my domain it showed that my DNS 1 =gvo####something something
    DNS 2 =gvo####something something

    And my domain registrar was WILDWESTDOMAINS.COM

    So things were running fine and I could gain access to my WHM(web host manager)or cpanel, through GVO’s site until 3 days ago when I cancelled my hosting with GVO …

    Problem 1)
    I can access my WHM (and im not sure if thats where I change my DNS ( host )

    Problem 2)
    When I asked another hosting company if they are able to transfer my domain over to their hosting they said”they need to access my domain server ( is this my registrar ? )

    If this is my registrar WILDWESTDOMAINS.COM I never recieved any form of login in details to their site .and I dont think they under stand what im trying to ask them .

    THE QUESTION: how to I transfer my domain to another host …and where would I find my domain manager ?
