Hosting on WP-Engine

I created a test site on hostgator at a different URL, loved it, bought the premium addons and they work great. Testing this on another site on a different host at WP-Engine and it does not seem to work at all. I have reached out to WP-Engine to see if it was a server issue blocking the plugin and they did not see any issues. Any insight or thoughts on if there are issues with this plugin on wp-engine?

We checked your issue. Service worker and Manifest are not serving from the original domain name (https://zenplannertheme2.com). Currently both are serve via https://zpthemetest.wpengine.com (https://prnt.sc/quwxk2)
PWA requires to serve manifest and service worker from the same origin. as we can check you are using CDN feature of WP-Engine. For now you can check via remove hide CDN feature.
Currently we don’t have compatibility with WP-Engine. We have created a ticket to make compatiblity with wpengine
