Hosting provided does not support Jpegtran

    Are you using the cloud api? If not, I don’t think they know what jpegtran even does. Jpegtran has nothing to do with curl or url_fopen. Those are essentially php libraries and functions that allow retrieving remote http content. Jpegtran is an image optimizer, and does no such thing.
