    Hi,

    I’d like to access your store but the hosting server keeps on timing out ?

    The message I get :

    Hosting Server Connect Timeout

    HTTP 502 — Unable to Connect to the Origin Server

    Please try again in a few minutes

    Hi,

    Can you please clear your browser and server cache and try again?

    Also, try opening the store in an incognito window and see if you can access it.

    I just tried that. It did not work sadly.

    Hi,

    So I just tried with a VPN app on my phone and it worked. I should be fine now.

    For your information, the store wouldn’t work if I was connected to mobile data (5g) or wifi. If you want more info then let me know.
