Hosting service paid for : Plugin shows not enabled

I first bought the 10 package cleantalk website protection plan, it worked perfectly and I was “very very” happy. So I signed up and paid for the hosting package.
Now Im told that no key should be entered in the hosting package as it works on IP address, but if I do that, every website is showing the message in every page in the dashboard :
Please enter Access Key in CleanTalk plugin settings to enable anti spam protection!
This is completely messed up as my clients are questioning my claims of having deployed Cleantalk and will not pay for the service. Such a small issue, but it creates a needless issue for hosting platforms.
If there is no way to fix this issue, I would like a refund on my hosting package. I would rather spend a little more and get a larger package than having to look like a liar in front of the clients.
