Hosting website and design

  • hi,
    I want to know if anyone has used wordpress for hosting and design? I want to host all domains and have software that will let users build their own website. Is this possible? if yes what do I need?

    i was thinking can I just use sub-domains, which would make it easier to make and use? Lets say I wanted 100 different sub-domains and all have their own admin and web design that the user makes and add? would this be possible?
