I followed as you suggested and was able to identify that the problem occurs when disallow unauthorized REST requests in firewall is enabled.

Keeping this disabled resolved the issue in the Hostinger dashboard. Do I continue like this?

    Hi @maportugal,

Yes, you should keep it disabled disallow unauthorized REST requests.

Hostinger Dashboard will be using WP REST API and for it to work it should kept disable.

You may contact Hostinger Dashboard if some how REST API can be authorised which makes admin logged in so it will allow those request.

Enabling REST API doesn’t just work in conjunction with WooCommerce.
I have another website in the same Hostinger environment and I didn’t need to disable it, because on that website I don’t have the WooCommerce plugin.
Still, would it depend on Hostinger?

    Hi @maportugal,

I will cross check in more detail that disallow unauthorized REST requests do have issue with WooCommerce and get back to you.

Up till now there has been no any such issue raised.

    Hi @maportugal

If the WP REST API is blocked in AIOS, It will cause problems with the WooCommerce Store API as well. It will not allow the cart, checkout, etc to work.

Thanks for raising this issue. I will create an internal ticket.

The admin page should have information that WooCommerce requests will be blocked as mentioned for the Contact Form 7 plugin.
