Hot spots on Image not working at all

    I have a website miami.ussailing.org that has a stack of logos at the bottom with hot spots. The problem is the hotspots are not working when they are in brought into wordpress. I have this content in teh footer of my template.

    The code I have in there is:

    If you go to miami.ussailing.org and see the logos on the footer you will see none of them work. What is disabling this? They work fine when I add that code to a blank html page.
