Yes it is possibile to create bookings. You can create it manually (https://docs.wphotelier.com/article/32-create-a-reservation-manually) or by reserving a room.

You need to create a room (https://docs.wphotelier.com/category/26-room-creation), then the hoteleir pages (https://docs.wphotelier.com/article/9-general-settings#hotelier-pages).
