Yes – double checked and it′s correct.

I contacted OpenWeatherMap, there is an issue with their API (especially with XML feeds).
I keep you informed.

I confirmed that OWM have issues with free XML feeds (in this case, hourly forecast).
The only way to avoid this is to subscribe to a premium plan on OWM.
