• Hello,

As other users have also reported this, but I was not allowed to join the conversation:

All settings are correct, also created working hours in the company profile.

However when an employee requests a hourly leave, the systems takes a full day.

fyi, this happens with single day requests.

    KR.

    Hi @iqasim

Today I downloaded the WP-HR Manager latest version 3.0.4 and when i set hourly leave it takes as full day. I am using the single day request.

@denniswsa did 3.0.4 resolved problem for you?

    Hi,

It has been resolved. when Employee request the leave for one day. After approval you will see remaining balance in Leave Entitlement.

Note: please clear browser cache and try again.

    Kind regards

No this has not been resolved.
Updated the plugin also to 3.0.4.

Still when a employee requests leave from 0800am to 1100am on a single day, the requests counts for a full day. This should not happen, it should be 3 hours.

Shame, it makes the plugin useless.

    Hi,

This is not an appropriate language to use at the support forum. we are trying our best to address the issue. submit your ticket through the plugin site support forum and we will look into it at your site. https://wphrmanager.com/submit-a-support-request/

I’m sorry, I am not aware of any inappropriate language.
If this is the kind of support we are going to get, then this is not the plugin for us (e.g. questions asked not being read correctly or correctly answered).
I wish you the best of luck.

Thanks for your answer @iqasim I will send support request
