    Nope. What’s the reason for that? Do you have a multisite WP?

    No but I just want to prevent stress on the server when not necessary.

    I saw this topic that was partially related because of the Cron job and thought I might ask.

    A server with non-multisite WP will never be stressed at all. In some circumstances, like that with a huge number of sites in a network, the nature of the multisite WP and the plugin cron job can be a cause of some stress for a server. I’m gonna to implement a multisite safe version of the cron routine soon.
