The API this plugin uses currently only allows daily API calls.
Therefore, to get the weather for 10 days, you could use 10 different shortcodes. This really isn’t a user-friendly way to do it, but I did put an example together for you: https://gist.github.com/cliffordp/9738f694c6960d2fa9b151923af93711
To answer your question, it’s possible I’d be interested in this in the future if there was a big demand but it’s not on my near-term to-do list unless you (and/or someone else) wants to sponsor it (i.e. pay my custom development rate and allow me to release it to others). That’s one way non-coders can help give back to the open source community while still getting a direct benefit themselves (i.e. something you really wanted or otherwise would have had to outsource to someone not so community-minded).
