Hover Button CSS Help

  • Can somebody help me with the hover feature on a button?

    Here is my CSS:

    Took long enough to learn this part, but I’m getting the hang of it. I can’t get it to do the hover thing though. I know I have to do it through CSS, but it doesn’t seem to be working.
