I’m baffled. I’m prototyping a website using the latest versions of OceanWP and Elementor Pro. My header menu items will not show the hover color changes correctly, no matter what I try. Similarly, I put an Elementor Nav Menu widget just above the footer at the bottom of the page for debugging purposes. That menu works fine in Elementor, but it does not work correctly on the live website (the hover effect appears on all menu choices simultaneously). You can see the site here:

Again, hovering over the menu choices does nothing. If I set the Links Effect in the Header/Menu Customization panel to something like Circular Reveal, that effect will show, but the hover color changes still do not appear. The menu functions, it’s just that hovering over a selection shows nothing.

I tried disabling all plugins except OceanWP Extra, cleared the cache, and still no change. FYI, there is nothing in the wp-content/uploads/oceanwp folder for the website.

For debugging purposes, I copied the home page to another page:
    https://www.thewoodengineer.com/home-copy2

That page WORKS FINE! I even tried making that my new static home page, but then the menu problem came back.

The Home Page Attribute (in WordPress Dashboard) are set to Default Template (if I choose Landing Page or Elementor Canvas setting, the menu goes away completely, as does the return-to-top arrow at the bottom right corner of the screen, and I want that to be there).

Let me know what to else to try to fix the problem. Thanks!
