Hover effects need to apply on focus, too

This is essential for accessibility.

As a feature request: If the plugin wanted to do something really special, it would give the option to apply the hover effects on focus-within, too. An example is a card with a button where you want to change the background color and text color of the card when the button is hovered/focused.
