    The sharing and liking icons are coming directly from the social media sites, i.e. they deliver the sharing-icons in their layout (rectangle). So in order to show our icons (round ones, the ones you select under question 1), there needs to be a separate tooltip which then contains the rectangle icons as delivered by the social media sites.

    Having said that, we found a workaround to this issue, and implemented it in this plugin https://www.ultimatelysocial.com/usm-premium/. With this one, if you gave your icons ONLY a sharing feature (for several features a tooltip is still needed) then there will be no tooltip, and a click will share it directly.

    And another idea: You can also show the rectangle icons directly after posts (in the free plugin), under question 7. Then also no tooltip is needed.
