Hover Image Without link

  • Hi,

    I want to put the hover image element but without it being a link, just that it shows text when I hover over it.

    But if I leave the link space blank it is still a link.

    How can i fix it?

    With CSS I have tried with:
    pointer-events: none;

    But then it doesn’t show me the text when you hover over it with the mouse.
