Hover link color change??

I have been looking at the CSS files for more than a day now and can’t for the life of me determine how to change the color of links and text when hovering or clicking. Could someone please have a look and let me know what I would need to put into WP Custom CSS for this color change?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Ex. When hovering over “Share Gallery” it is black which in turn makes it unreadable.
