  • Hi there,

I can’t seem to open the site you’re provided. Can you confirm if it’s the right one, or if it’s currently out of service?

    To answer the question:
If a link is created within Elementor, the theme’s color settings won’t apply to it because any contents that are created within Elementor only follow Elementor’s settings.

The Color settings from GP only applies to default theme contents not edited from any page builders.

oh i didnt realize i misspelled it. its gokhshtein-media.com and initially i changed it to purple through site settings but now if i try to do it the same way again but to a different color, it doesnt let me.

I can access the site now. Thanks.

Are you pertaining to these buttons? https://share.getcloudapp.com/eDuy10Nq

These are made with Elementor. The theme can’t style these elements.

If they’re not changing to your preference, it’s best to ask Elementor support why it isn’t working. I’m not sure if Elementor has its own caching like other page builders. It’s best to ask them directly.

no im talking about the hover for links. like the “whats trending” category on the home page, right column. the hover color is purple and i am unable to change it to blue. i made it purple in the first place but now i want to change it to blue and i changed it to purple through: site settings > typography > hover > link color

but it does not change to blue

That’s from elementor as well. It’s a post widget.

And it looks like its using global color styles.

This isn’t something the theme controls, unfortunately. It’s best to ask Elementor about this. ??

do you know where I can contact elementor? and yes it is the post widget through elementor and the color was originally changed under site settings, not theme

You can contact them here – https://elementor.com/contact/

yes this is what i have been doing but it doesnt work. i have tried to change it for the elementor widget and then also through site settings how i originally did it but it is not working and there is no elementor support. i cannot submit a ticket even tho im subscribed to elementor pro.

I would advise to keep following up with their support.

Unfortunately we cannot help with Elementor questions here.

    Thanks for your understanding.

I understand, I’m just having trouble finding their support, I have checked their support sections and there is no place to submit a form or a ticket. do you have any idea where i can contact over the phone support or submit a ticket?

    Elementor Free Support is here:
    https://www.ads-software.com/support/plugin/elementor/

But a lot of support is provided by their users in the Elementor Facebook group.

Unless you have Elementor Pro where you will find their support forms in your Account.
