hover menu doesnt work

    i dont know why the hover efect doesnt work when i publish my site, i mean i can see it in the header, footer and blocks elementor constructor, but when i am working in the pages of my site the effects desseapear and when a publish de site too. It seems that hover always is active. Please help me, i had to do it by css but i would like take your tools.
