Hover mouse over link colors

    I administer a site, https://riveralliance.com/, and I am having trouble figuring out where the code is to get rid of the hover link color. The theme originally had a lot of different places for hover mouse over link background colors, and I got all of them changed except for in the header where it shows “Home” and RSS. When you move your mouse over these, the text (which is white) gets surrounded by a white box. Can anyone help me figure out where this is? Here is the style sheet:

    It’s in there at least twice.

    There is an easier way to do so: open header php and find this lines and erase it:
