Hover not working on all browser. Only in Mozilla Firefox

  • my site https://www.popsicles.ph/ have hover effects on its all thumbnail-like articles….see the site to understand.

    My problem is it only working fully on mozilla.

    In chrome no hover at all same goes to opera browser.

    what should i do?
