Hover problem – opposite outcome

Hi,
I’m trying out this tooltip plugin but I’m stuck with an issue I do not understand.
I added my first glossary item and linked it to the word in my text.
Now the popup tooltip comes on wherever I hover anywhere on the post but doesn’t show if I hover over the word itself. Ie, it is doing the opposite of what I need.
I’m sure it is a tickbox somewhere…
Any help would e appreciated.
