How 2Create share buttons with progress bar that fills gradually on button click

    I am looking for a social share plugin that will allow me to set the number of times a site visitor can click on it there after redirect to a different url. Or a HTML/ java code that can achieve the same. Below is a break down of what am looking for:

    1. Create 2 different buttons to share a link of current page with custom message when clicked. (The three buttons be WhatsApp, Facebook)
    2. Create a progress bar above the 2 share buttons. (It fills up with 100%)
    3. Each time any of the buttons is clicked, and the sharing action is done, the progress bar should increase by 6.5%
    4. Once the progress bar is full, the current page should redirect to a new URL.

    I will be glad if one can help me get the code to achieve this.
