HOW? Add follow button right after the like button

  • I have a list of share buttons right before the content.

    I want to know how can I add the follow button of facebook and twitter right after it. and have the words FOLLOW US within the icon.

    I checked the follow sidebar/widget, I dont want it to appear on the sidebar, just want to add it right after the share buttons.

    Please teach me how.

    Lately, will the last update affect my CSS?
